What's a max bid?

Instituted by Empress Consort Elisabeth Christine in 1750. Post 1945 Manufacture. In silver gilt, an enameled white and pink eight-pointed star with gilded frame, surmounted by a partially enameled red Austrian royal crown also in silver gilt, the obverse with enameled white medallion bearing the crowned cypher of both Empresses and the Latin inscription M. THERESIA PARENTIS GRATIAM PERENNEM VOLUIT, the reverse with a mirrored design, measuring 38.62 mm (w) x 64.28 (h - inclusive of crown), light contact, suspended on original black, triangular ribbon, near mint condition.
