A full-length neck collar in silver with red, white and green enamels, composed of eleven 32.5 mm x 36.5 mm badges illustrating crosses with ribbon banners bearing the inscription "SCIENCIAS LETRAS E ARTES" on an open-ended wreath, along with eleven 31.2 mm x 37.7 mm badges illustrating open-ended wreaths of laurel leaves, in alternating positions throughout, each of the twenty-two badges with integral loops on either side and linked together via a single ring, one of the wreaths with an s-shaped hook on the reverse, where it would reside behind the wearer's neck, approximately 770 mm in length, fine chipping evident in the green enamels on nine of the eleven wreaths, the enamels on the insignias with crosses intact, near extremely fine.
