In pinkish-red and white embroidery, illustrating the City of Warsaw coat-of-arms, which incorporates a mermaid bearing a shield in her right hand a circular shield in her left hand, within a traditional shield-shaped frame, brown cotton mesh backer, measuring 38 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), glue residue evident on the reverse from previous board mounting, near extremely fine.
