A very scarce hollow commemorative medal in silver gilt, consisting of a central figure of the double-headed eagle with an enameled red Montenegrin shield on its chest, surrounded by an enameled green, red, blue and white laurel wreath, with inscription in original language on the top, encompassing by two crossed swords also in silver gilt, mirrored design, reverse dated 21 XII 1918, measuring 34.61 mm (w) x 44.32 mm (h - inclusive of integral ball), suspended by an original green triangular ribbon with hook and eye, presenting tarnished silver along the badge, fine.
