What's a max bid?

Die-stamped bronze gilt, slightly convex, maker marked "SCUOTTO-NAPOLI BREVETTATO" (Scuotto of Napoli, Patented) on the reverse, upper illustrating a large fasces, brass button fed through a hole at the shoulder end, the button illustrating the left-facing Italian spread-winged eagle standing upon a fasces, the button marked with five stars on the reverse, with screwpost and screwback, underside insert hinged to the board and wrapped in black velvet, adjoining strap also in black velvet, 60.8 mm x 132 mm each, scattered gilt wear, spotting. without interruptions in the velvet fabric, better than very fine.
