What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilt bronze with white enameled arms, with crossed swords and a metal wreath between the arms of the cross; the obverse with a central orange enameled medallion; the reverse plain, with a vertical hinge and a functional hinge/catch; marked “Ges. Gesch.” on the reverse; measuring 45.12 mm (w) x 45.12 mm (h); weighing 28.9 grams; in overall extremely fine condition.
