What's a max bid?

An “Aufklärer” reconnaissance squadron clasp; in silvered zink; the obverse with a central laurel wreath with a leftward facing eagle’s head, with a static swastika on the bottom of the wreath, and with nine oak leaves on either side of the wreath; horizontal tapered pinback, a barrel hinge, and a flat wire catch; measuring 76.93 mm x 25.58 mm; weighing 16.3 grams; with the majority of the original silver finish worn off, but with enough of the finish remaining to positively identify this piece of a silver grade clasp; slightly bent; in overall near very fine condition.
