In high quality grey machine embroidered threading; on a Luftwaffe gray backer; mounted onto a piece of cardstock; note that the eagle is sewn onto the board upside down - this may have been done purposefully to reveal, and draw attention to its high quality embroidery; the eagle measuring 87 mm x 46 mm, on a piece of cardstock measuring 127 mm x 77 mm; mint and unissued condition with slight mothing along the upper sides of the wings.
