What's a max bid?

Germany, Wehrmacht. A Clasp to the 1939 Iron Cross, I Class, Type II

(Spange zum Eisernen Kreuz 1939 I. Klasse). Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, set on a trapezoidal pedestal bearing a raised date of “1939”, the reverse with a barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 44.92 mm (w) x 30.55 mm (h), weighing 8.2 grams, most of the silver finish has been lost and oxidation is evident to the pinback, in overall better than very fine condition.
