(Beutel). A black cartouche box/pouch constructed from a thick leather with smooth black finish, the underside in a light-tan coloured finish, embossed with “A. FISCHER BERLIN C.2 1938,” a leather flap stitched in place on the front with a 10 cm (w) x 5 cm (h) die-stamped silvered aluminum Police eagle insignia affixed via three aluminum prongs on the underside and held firmly in place via a thin strip of white leather tied between and knotted around the bottom prong, a short slotted leather strap is stitched in place at the triangular junction of the white strap, connecting to an aluminum post on the bottom attached to the end of the aforementioned belt, with an angled leather strap on the reverse for placement upon the waist belt, measuring 13.6 cm (l) x 10.1 cm (h), x 4 cm (w), hardened and stiff with age, and in near extremely fine condition.
