A fine example of a complete early political/SA set of visor cap insignia, consisting of an eagle and a cockade.
1) The eagle in silvered highly detailed aluminum; with all three prongs strong and fully intact on the reverse; maker marked “RZM M1/13” for “Christian Lauer, Nürnberg” on the reverse; measuring 66.15 mm (w) x 33.00 mm (h); weighing 4.0 gams.
2) The cockade constructed of silvered metal and black and red enamels; maker marked “RZM M1/52” for “Deschler & Sohn, München” on the reverse; measuring 23.46 mm in diameter; weighing 6.3 grams; in overall better than very fine condition.
