Saxe-Weimar, Duchy. An Order of the White Falcon, Museum Specimen Collar
(Hausorden vom Weißen Falken). Instituted on 2 August 1732, recreated on 18 October 1815. A silver collar composed of twenty-two falcons alternating with twenty-two monograms with the initials CA (possibly for Karl August/Charles Augustus), each connected with small chains, marked on reverse with the museum acquisition number gN 410-A16, also marked with the inscription NICHT ZUR VORLAGE (NOT FOR PRESENTATION), also inscribed FÜR SKH, measuring 50 cm in length, and in extremely fine condition.
