What's a max bid?

A lot of four awards, including a Merit Cross for War Aid, presenting as a Maltese cross, constructed of blackened Kriegsmetall alloy, the obverse presents a circular central medallion with the crowned cipher of King Wilhelm II, the reverse presents the inscription FÜR KRIEGS-HILFSDIENST (FOR WAR AID MERIT) above an oak wreath, measuring 42.05 mm (w) x 41.72 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near extremely fine condition. A Honour Cross of the World War 1914/18 with Swords, a straight armed cross pattée in bronzed iron, with crossed swords between the arms, the centre obverse displays a laurel wreath encircling the dates 1914 1918, maker marked 0.2 on reverse, measuring 38.32 mm (w) x 38.43 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near extremely fine condition. A Red Cross Medal, II Class, constructed of a round, silver medal, the obverse presents a Geneva cross in red enamel, with Prussian royal crowns at the ends of the cross arms, with the initials W and R between the top cross arms and A V between the bottom cross arms, the reverse presents the inscription FUER VERDIENSTE UM DAS ROTHE KREUZ (FOR MERIT IN THE RED CROSS), with a curved oak branch to the left, measuring 33.49 mm in diameter, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near extremely fine condition. A 1914/1918 Kyffhäuser Commemorative Medal with Swords, in gilt bronze, the obverse inscribed BLANK DIE WEHR, REIN DIE EHR (TO ARMS WITH AN HONOUR INTACT), the reverse dedicates this award to the fighters of the first war, maker marked HOSAEUS, measuring 30.95 mm (w) x 46.98 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near extremely fine condition.
