What's a max bid?

A WWI Prussian Medical Officer's Belt & Buckle - Two-piece constructed brass buckle, unmarked, cypher of Wilhelm II in the centre surrounded by a leafed wreath with snake and caduceus insignias on either side at the top, 47.5 mm, brass receiving clip with dual prongs on the reverse at the other end, belt has a fine gold bullion wire upper with two black and copper threaded rows of piping, reverse of belt is navy blue wool with four rows of reinforced stitching, adjustable brown leather tab stitched to the reverse on the left side, with fourteen rows of two holes each and when fed through the receiving clip's prongs, assures a snug fit at the waist, plus matching sliding bullion belt feed, belt measuring 44 mm x 1,120, two areas exhibiting fabric interruption on the upper, mothing in the wool backer, light wear and soiling overall, very fine.
