(Ordenschnalle). A First World War period medal bar featuring five decoration, including a 1914 Iron Cross, II Class (Eisernes Kreuz 1914 2. Klasse), a cross pattée of multi-piece construction with a blackened iron core (magnetic) within a ribbed border, the obverse with a raised central W, with the re-institution date 1914 in raised numbering on the lower arm, and the royal crown on the upper arm, the reverse centre with a branch of three oak leaves below the crowned initials FW, with the original institution date 1813 in raised numbering on the lower arm, maker marked EW on ring, measuring 4228 mm (w) x 42.59 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in extremely fine condition. A Honour Cross of the World War 1914/18 with Swords (Das Ehrenkreuz des Weltkriegs 1914/1918), a straight armed cross pattée in bronzed iron, with crossed swords between the arms, the centre obverse displays a laurel wreath encircling the dates 1914 1918, measuring 37.63 mm (w) x 37.85 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in extremely fine condition. A Silesian Eagle Badge, II Class (Schlesischer Adler), an blackened bronze upright, right-facing eagle with a bronze flat crescent and cross across the chest, clutching a bronze banner with the inscription FÜR SCHLESIEN (FOR SILESIA), the reverse plain, unmarked, measures 32.24 mm (w) x 42.01 mm (h), and in near very fine condition .A German Police 25-Year Long Service Cross, 1957 Version (Dienstauszeichnung für Treue Dienste in der Polizei), constructed of gilded bronze, presenting as a Cross Pattée with bordered arms, obverse with central numeral 25, reverse with inscription of FÜR TREUE DIENSTE IN DER POLIZEI (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE POLICE), unmarked, measuring 44.01 mm (w) x 41.68 mm (h), on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, and in very fine condition. A Service Medal for Nine Years, III Class, (Dienstauszeichnung 3.Klasse 1913 für 9 Jahre), constructed of bronze, the obverse centre presents the Prussian royal crown, between the writing TREUE DIENSTE BEI DER FAHRE, the reverse centre presents the Roman Numeral IX (9), with detailed cross-hatching in the numbers, measuring 30.46 mm in diameter, and in extremely fine condition. All affixed to appropriate ribbons on a 150 mm long metal bar, with a red wool backer, with horizontal pinback.
