(Bandschnalle). A First War period medal ribbon bar featuring three awards, including a 1914 Iron Cross, II Class (Eisernes Kreuz 1914 2. Klasse), a cross pattée of multi-piece construction with a blackened iron core (magnetic) within a ribbed border, the obverse with a raised central W, with the re-institution date 1914 in raised numbering on the lower arm, and the royal crown on the upper arm, the reverse centre with a branch of three oak leaves below the crowned initials FW, with the original institution date 1813 in raised numbering on the lower arm, maker marked on loop with initials S-W for Sy-Wagner, Berlin, measuring 43.01 mm (w) x 43.18 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near very fine condition. An Honour Cross of the World War 1914/18 with Swords (Das Ehrenkreuz des Weltkriegs 1914/1918), a straight armed cross pattée in bronzed iron, with crossed swords between the arms, the centre obverse displays a laurel wreath encircling the dates 1914 1918, the reverse maker marked L.NBG., measuring 37.41 mm (w) x 41.91 mm (h - inclusive of loop), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near very fine condition. A Golden Wedding Commemorative Medal, c.1918 (Goldene Hochzeits Erinnerungsmünze), a round medal constructed of gilded metal, the obverse depicting the right-facing busts of King Ludwig III of Bavaria and Archduchess Maria Therese of Austria, inscribed WEIHNACHTEN 1918 (CHRISTMAS 1918), surrounded by a border of leaves, the reverse presents the inscription ZUR ERINNERUNG AN DIE GOLDENE HOCHZEIT 20 FEBR 1918 (IN MEMORY OF THE GOLDEN WEDDING 20 FEBRUARY 1918), measuring 37.90 mm in diameter, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in good condition. Mounted on a metal ribbon bar, measuring 100 mm long, with a horizontal pinback.
