What's a max bid?

An ovular badge constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse centre bears the cut out image of a submarine, encompassed by a laurel wreath tied with ribbons topped by a German State Crown, the reverse is plain and bears a magnetic horizontal tapered pinback with a flat catch, marked “WH” encompassed by an ovular border on the pin, measuring 50.37 mm (w) x 48.10 mm (h), weighing 30.2 g, very fine.
