A Document Group to First & Second War Pilot Oberleutnant Helmuth Wendel

A transcript of a certificate, measuring 211x297mm, near extremely fine condition with creasing and two folding creases. It states that Oberleutnant der Reserve (Senior Lieutenant of the Reserve) Helmuth Wendel was awarded the Flugzeugbeobachterabzeichen (Observer Badge) in Berlin on June 3, 1936. The transcript is dated to Dresden Airport on June 8, 1936 and signed by a Reich Bank Inspector, the name could be Teichert or similar.
