What's a max bid?

One ID card is named to Leutnant Karl Vaupel, born October 21, 1918, dated to August 15, 1940 at the Fliegerkommandantur (Aerial Commandant’s Office) Regensburg. The other card is named to another Leutnant, first name Willi, last name uncertain, it could be Kurkdeschel or similar, born March 7, 1905. It is dated to January 13, 1940 at the Fliegerkommandantur Memmingen. Measuring 102x141mm and 106x150mm, respectively. Fine condition with scuffing, fraying, and creasing, as well as rusting of the staples.
