A black, leather photo album, the front cover presents a silvered metal (magnetic) stahlhelm and the bottom reading “Erinnerungen an meine Dienstzeit” (“In Memory of My Service”), consists of twenty-six protected pages with detailed, captioned photographs, includes various photographs of training barracks, basic training, swearing in ceremony, excursions, exercise marching, shooting range, driving school, truck convoy to Madgeburg, and Greece, in addition to miscellaneous documents including an award document for a War Merit Cross Second Class with Swords dated 30 January 1944 and the medal on original ribbon affixed to a velvet backing, and in overall extremely fine condition.
