What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

Constructed of light green rayon, the obverse bearing a white ink inscription of “WASSERSTRASSENSCHUTZ” (“WATERWAY PROTECTION”) above an analogous inscription in Czech, stamped with an inland waters administration insignia, unstitched, measuring 425 mm (l) x 85 mm (h) are presented, in near extremely fine condition.
