What's a max bid?

(Eesti Vabadusrist). Instituted on 24 February 1919. A silvered bronze cross, with wider ends, the obverse centre presents a black-enamelled medallion featuring an armoured hand with sword and the letter E for Eesti (Estonia), the reverse centre presents the date of foundation 24 II 1919 over a black-enamelled field, measuring 30.65 mm (w) x 39.56 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original triangular ribbon, with two needle pins, and in overall near very fine condition.
