Multi-piece construction, in silver and bronze with blue and white enamels, illustrating a shield bearing an elk's head, inscribed "E'PLURIBUS UNUM" and "EESTI SCOUT" above, with a five-pointed star between the inscriptions, a ribbon banner above the shield inscribed wit the date "21 XII 18", the Estonian coat-of-arms upon the junction of crossed swords below the shield, the base composed of a full-wreath of oak leaves, measuring 39 mm (w) x 67.5 mm (h), maker marked "ROMAN TAVAST TALLINN" on the screwback, with support plate, intact enamels, extremely fine.
