What's a max bid?

Rgt. 369 (kroatische Infanterie-Regiment 369), or 369th Croatian Infantry Regiment - Order of Crown of King Zvonimir, 3d Class Cross with Swords, in bronze gilt and enamels, slightly worn, in extremely fine condition, and contained within fitted case of issue; with large official award document, dated 15.71942, with original signature of General Ivan Percevic, folded, in very fine condition; “Hrvatska” cloth shield; his shoulder boards; a solid silver presentation cigarette case, likely given to him by his subordinate Officers, engraved on the left (Unserem Chef zur Erinnerung Stockerau 2.12.42), while right side contains engraved signature of his Comrades/Officers; a letter containing signatures of his Comrades/Officers, together with an envelope.
