What's a max bid?

In silvered bronze, enameled, 34mm(w) x 56mm(h), in very fine condition; scarce; used on Police cap badges of Banovina of Croatia (1939-1941). Footnote: The Banovina of Croatia (or Banate of Croatia) was a province (Banovina) of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia between 1939 and 1941. Its capital was at Zagreb and it included most of present-day Croatia, along with portions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. On the basis of the political agreement between D. Cvetković and V. Maček, and the Decree on the Banate of Croatia dated August 24, 1939, the Banate of Croatia was created, giving wide autonomy to the Croats in internal matters, and also fueling separatism. Croatian leaders at the time considered autonomy as a first step toward full Croatian independence; however Banovina of Croatia was short lived as a result of German attack on Yugoslavia in 1941.
