What's a max bid?

Bulgaria (Kingdom); Type I; Silvered and gilt bronze with red and white enamels, unmarked, 39 mm, original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, intact enamels, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, marked with the Bulgarian coat-of-arms and inscribed in cyrillic "ОРДЕНЪ СВ. АЛЕКСАНДЪРЪ V.СIII" (Order of St. Alexander, 5th Class) on the lid, maker marked "ROTHE & NEFFE WIEN" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, bottom with a white panel glued in place, the panel inscribed in black ink "Erhalten am 2. Juni 1912. Anlass der Königsfamilie in Wien (Hofburg), 1.-3. June 1912. Hugo Hackmann - Kuk Hofrat Offizier zugeteilt dem Hofwirtschaftsamte" (Awarded on June 2nd, 1912 on behalf of the Royal family in Vienna (Hofburg castle). 1.-3. June 1912.
