b) Décorations Instituées en Belgique (Decorations Instituted in Belgium) by Oscar Schepens, published in Brussels circa 1905 by the Société Belge de Librairie, softcover, containing 60 pages, measuring 13.5 cm (w) x 20.8 cm (h); and Décorations Intituées en Belgique: Deuxième Fascicule (Decorations Instituted in Belgium: 2nd Issue), published in Brussels circa 1909 by the Société Belge de Librairie, softcover, containing 16 pages, measuring 13.5 cm (w) x 21 cm (h);

c) Règlement sur l’octroi des Distinctions Honorifiques et le Port de la Fourragère (Regulations on the Award of Honours and the Port de la Fourragère), published in Brussels by the Printing House of the Ministry of National Defense circa 1925, softcover, containing 92 pages, measuring 14 cm (w) x 22 cm (h);

This offering is a part of the "Dr. Albert Goodwin Collection", a preeminent assemblage of world Orders, Medals, and Decorations composed solely by Dr.Goodwin between 1946-1967. Dr. Goodwin had a successful career as an educator and prominent physician in New York as well as actively serving in both World Wars with the United States Medical Corps. He acted as both President and Vice-President of the Orders and Medals Society of America (OMSA) and is responsible for organizing their first convention in 1960. He maintained further membership with the American Society of Military Collectors, the International Orders Research Society, and the American Numismatic Society. His knowledge and passion for history and awards is evident in this meticulously compiled collection that is now available in its entirety for the first time exclusively on eMedals.com.
