Austrian Awards to PLM Recipient Paulus von Stolzmann - Awarded to Prussian Generalmajor and Chief of Staff (South Army) Paulus von Stolzmann, who was awarded Pour le Merite on July 7, 1915, for his action against Russian Forces in Ukraine: Military Merit Cross Second Class, in silver gilt and enamels, 40.8mm x 43.15mm, by Marschall, marked on the bottom arm and suspension arch, extremely fine, with full length of neck ribbon, with award document dated April 6, 1915, folded, small imperfections, good/fine condition; Red Cross Decoration First Class, in silver and enamels, 47.8mm x 61.25mm, silver hallmarks on suspension arch and loop, likely maker Scheid, with short original ribbon as worn, extremely fine, with award document dated Feb 7, 1918, folded, in fine/very finecondition.
