An Official Dj Photo Album Repurposed By Us Soldier","description":"The album begins with a short story on the early days of the HJ followed by the HJ laws, a song, and the DJ oath. The original owner of the book was Volkhard Stankat, born in Borkenwalde, who joined the DJ on April 20, 1941 and passed the so called “Pimpfenprobe”, the admission exam of the DJ on August 15, presumably of the same year. He served in Jungzug 4 of Fähnlein 16 in Jungbann 37. The album is divided into four parts, reflecting the four years of service in the DJ between ages 10 and 14. Several pictures that the album used to contain are now missing. The first year contains collectible pictures that are all connected to the NSDAP and military, mostly to the DJ and HJ. The second and third year, however, feature period photos of a US soldier who apparently repurposed the album for his own use. The fourth year contains only a single photo depicting three German soldiers’ graves. Measuring 227x297mm, very fine with some scuffing of the cover and some damage to the spine.","brand":"eMedals","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46129503371541,"sku":"G40609.RL2","price":195.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0713\/9105\/2053\/files\/m19_3570_1_1.jpg?v=1692894095"},{"product_id":"germany-third-reich-a-pair-of-cigarette-card-albums-g48613rl1","title":"Germany, Third Reich.
