Very crisp detail, dark patina, safety pin on the ribbon as worn by the veteran, light contact, near extremely fine. Footnote: Angus Campbell was born on November 11, 1881 in Portsoy, Banffshire, Scotland. He signed his Attestation Paper with the 34th Battery, Canadian Field Artillery, on August 24, 1915 in Toronto, Ontario, stating that he had no previous military service, that he was married to Elizabeth Williamson Campbell and that his trade was that of Stonemason.
