Includes: thirteen Army Rank Insignia with silver stars (one 2nd Lieutenant, seven Sergeant Major, three Sergeant, two Corporal); six Embroidered Army Rank Insignia (three Sergeant Major, one Sergeant, one Leading Private, one Superior Private); one Army Leading Private Rank Insignia on a Khaki Strap; one Navy Lieutenant Rank Insignia with three silver cherry blossoms; five Army Chevrons; two Collar Tabs; one Olive Green Rank Insignia on a Khaki Patch; two Badges (one in silver with blue and white enamels, measuring 24 mm (w) x 23 mm (h); one silver with a silver gilt star affixed, measuring 18.5 mm (w) x 27.2 mm (h), vertical pinback, each of which is in its own balsa wood box); two Cherry Blossom Badges (in bronze gilt, one with blue paint, the other with yellow paint, measuring 12.3 mm (w) x 11.7 mm (h), intact prongs); and an oval tin plate (measuring 26.7 mm (w) x 40.3 mm (h)). Ranging from fair to near extremely fine. Enclosed in a brown lacquer-finished wooden box, with an aluminum plate bearing Japanese characters affixed to the lid via four pins, dual swing hook closures on the front panel of the base, dual hinged, measuring 281 mm in width x 148 mm in depth x 84 mm in height, the box very fine.
