What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

First badge in silver with blue enamels, measuring 75 mm (w) x 21.7 mm (h), the ends having been pulled back in order to give it a curvature for the wearer's wrist, the pinback having been replaced by two loops housing a wide multi-link chain with clasp closure. Second badge in bronze gilt with blue and white enamels, maker marked "H. DONDERO INC WASH. D.C." on the reverse, measuring 63.7 mm (w) x 15 mm (h), dual push pins, scattered gilt wear on the reverse. Intact enamels, very fine.
