Multi-piece construction, eight-pointed silver star base, the centrepiece in silver gilt with blue enamels and a large red bead in the centre, the smaller bead in the single eight-pointed star designating the grade has been lost to time, 82.5 mm x 83.5 mm, vertical pinback, centrepiece insignia has been turned 180 degrees versus its eight-pointed star base, traces of gilt remain, chipping and loss evident in the blue enamels, very fine.
