An NSKK Dagger by Muller & Smschmidt (Pfeilringwerk), Solingen - Measuring 368 mm in length with the scabbard on, this NSKK dagger is engraved "Alles für Deutschland" on the blade, exhibiting beautiful crossgraining, with the usual in and out runner marks, semi-sharp edges and a very sharp tip. It is maker marked with the Muller & Smschmidt (Pfeilringwerk), Solingen insignia on the reverse ricasso, the blade exhibiting scattered surface wear, measuring 220 mm in length and rating better than extremely fine. Nickel-plated fittings on both crossguards, along with the pommel, both crossguards exhibiting very light contact, the central crossguard marked with the SA Group Gau mark "S" (Schlesien) on the reverse. Dark wooden handle fits tight to the crossguards, exhibiting light contact and without chipping, embedded finely-detailed aluminum eagle rates extremely fine, while the SA insignia exhibits very light contact, with its brown enamels and silvering intact, the dagger measuring 345 mm in length. The scabbard fittings with light contact overall, along with scattered surface wear and paint loss evident on the black re-painted body. Ring attached to the locket with the dagger clip still in place, the chape and locket held firmly in place via two screws each, the scabbard measuring 245 mm in length. Better than extremely fine.
