Four rows of fine silvered bullion wire, interlaced with red and black threading and wound around a white cord, wrapped in a u-shape, in a chevron formation, gilt bronze pip on the upper, button hole for uniform attachment and housing a brass button bearing an anchor surmounted by the Imperial crown, t-bar at the shoulder end and underside in navy blue wool, 37 mm x 115 mm each, both exhibit discolourization in the bullion on both uppers near the pips, along with scattered mothing on the navy blue undersides, better than very fine (C:102)
