An Early & Rare French Miniature Chain in Original Case c.1855- Legion of Honour, in Gold and enamels, 13 mm x 14 mm; Order of St. Louis, c. 1800, Gold and enamels, 12 mm x 13 mm; Austria, Order of Leopold, c.1825, Gold and enamels, 10 mm x 17 mm; St. Helena Medal, 1821, bronze, 11 mm x 16 mm; very fine quality miniatures, generally very fine to extremely fine condition;Chain, in 18k Gold, very fine quality, with French hallmarks; Original case, maker marked on inside lid " REGALIA MFR H. SLINGSBY LTD. NUNEATON". An early 1850's set of miniatures of excellent quality and condition. Rare.
