Minimum deposit of 30%, of the total price of your order including all applicable taxes and shipping charges, is due when the merchandise is put on layaway. The total price of your order must be paid within 6 months from the date of original purchase.

A Rare German Aero-Modelers Association Badge & Awards - Member’s Badge and the German Aero-modelers Association (Mitgliedsabzeichen des Deutschen Aero- und Modellflieger Vereins) Badge & Awards, Weimar Republic; all items contained in nice leatherette case, with embossed years 1914-18; inside of the album/folder contains, on the left side, an award document for WWI Honor Cross with Swords, awarded to Diplomingenieur Hermann Volpert, dated 1935; right side contains awards, pined on cloth: Bavarian Merit Cross with Swords; Iron Cross 1914 2nd class; WWI Honor Cross with Swords; WWI Commemorative medal; War Merit Cross with Swords; Member’s Badge and the German Aero-modelers Association in silvered bronze, partially enameled, 54.66mm(w) x 48.0mm(h), pin back, unmarked, in extremely fine condition and very rare; also included is H. Volpert’s ID tag (indicating he served in 17th Bavarian Jäger Regiment); nice grouping obtained from the family.
