Un-mounted, light contact, near extremely fine. Footnote: Albert Edward Lock was born on November 27, 1887 in Kingston (part of London), England. He was a resident of Vermillion, Alberta when he signed his Attestation Paper as a Private with the Forestry Company, Southern Alberta CEF, on February 28, 1917, in Calgary, Alberta, at the age of 29, naming his next-of-kin as his father, William Lock of Ashford, Middlesex, England, stating that he had four years' previous service with the British Regulars, Army Service Corps, that he was not married and that his trade was that of Teamster.
