What's a max bid?

Dark patina, light contact, near extremely fine.   Footnote: Joseph Walker was born on December 22, 1890 in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. He signed his Attestation Paper on May 8, 1915, in Lindsay, Ontario, at the age of 24, naming his next-of-kin as his mother, Mrs. Fannie Walker of Toronto, Ontario, stating that he had no previous military service, that he was not married and that his trade was that of Labourer. He survived the war.
