Dark patina on the BWM, original ribbons with safety pin attachments, unmounted, better than extremely fine. Footnote: Bernard Evans was born on March 14, 1884 in Corwen, North Wales. He signed his Attestation Paper on Januray 25, 1915 in Hamilton, Ontario, stating that he had three and a half years previous military service with the 2nd Battalion Royal Welsh Fusliers and four years with the Denbighshire Hussars, that he was married to Margaret Evans of Hamilton and that his trade was that of Carpenter.
