PENNICK. 15-CAN.INF.). Naming is officially impressed. Un-mounted, dark patina on the BWM, light contact, near extremely fine. Footnote: Archibald Pennick was born on May 16, 1889 in London, England. He signed his Attestation Paper on November 5, 1914, in Victoria, British Columbia, at the age of 25, naming his next-of-kin as his mother, Mrs. Mary Pennick of Victoria, stating that he had three years' previous service with the 5th Regiment, Canadian Garrison Artillery, that he was not married and that his trade was that of Art Glazier. In England, he was transferred to the 15th Infantry Battalion "48th Highlanders of Canada" as a reinforcement.
